〖Gold-selecting〗The tendency of gold selecting is a-large-scale and modernization and adopted automatic-control technology. The process of gold selecting is reasonable and advanced with the international standards. The treating-ability of mining area reaches 14,000tons per day, the biggest ball mill 2500tons per day, the number of gold-mineral-selecting 4,140,900tons in 2002, the rate of recovery 95.21%and the output 14365.637kg. The gold selecting equipment and installation develop with gold-manufacture and processing, and there are four big gold-dressing machine factory which can offer a set of gold-dressing and processing equipment and installation for the factory whose treating ability reaches 2000ton per day.
〖Gold smelting〗Zhaoyuan has 5 related enterprises of smelting and processing of gold cyaniding, undertaking the task of smelting and processing of concentrated gold and purchasing concentrated gold and materials abundant with gold to smelt and process both at home and abroad. In 2002, the whole city smelts 23566. 56 kg,s of gold, with the smelting rate of recovery 99. 65%.
