This step requires the application report of the Chinese side’ project proposal, intention letter, environmental protection checking list and other attachment needed by the approval authorities.
b.To submit the feasibility report, contract and regulations for approval
This step needs the following materials: the application report of the Chinese side, the feasibility report, contract and regulations of the joint venture or cooperative enterprises, business license in Chinese of each side, legal representative’s credentials and signature sample or seal of the foreign side by the lawyer or notary office, credit status of each side and the credit status in Chinese of the foreign side, list of the board members, appointment letter of directors with the signature and the company’s seal, inventory of imported goods, registration list of the company’s title and other attachment required by the approval authorities.

This needs the application report by the domestic entrusted unit, project proposal, the entrustment certificate of the domestic project unit by the foreign side, environmental protection checking list and other attachment demanded by the approval authorities.
b.To tender the feasibility report, regulations and application report for approval
This step needs the feasibility report, regulations of foreign-invested enterprise, the application report of foreign-invested enterprise, business license, certificate of capitals and credit and its Chinese copy of the foreign company, the company’s balance sheet of the past three years confirmed and signed by registered accountant in the forign company’s country, name list of the board members, appointment letter of directors with legal representative’s signature and the seal, notary entrustment certificate given to the legal representative, registration list of foreign-invested enterprise’s name, inventory of imported goods, other necessary attachment and other attachment material needed by approval authorities.
Ⅲ.Application and approval procedure for enterprises of foreign countries, Hong Kong, and Macao to establish business office in Zhaoyuan city
1.Application and approval procedure
Foreign enterprises and enterprises of Hong Kong and Macao entrust Zhaoyuan Foreign Investment Service Center to conduct this procedure.
2.Materials and certificate required
a.Entrustment certificate for enterprise to entrust sponsor unit to conduct procedure
b.Application report for enterprise to establish business office
c.Authorization letter of resident representative
d.Business license, capitals and credit certificate of enterprises in foreign countries, Hong Kong and Macao
e.CV, passport and ID card of resident representative
f.Brief introduction of foreign enterprises and enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao
g.Official acceptance letter by office building provider
h.Application list for representative office of foreign countries to be established (or to be deferred); application and approval list for alteration of the representative office.
